What we collect
When you use the booking form on this site, GN Commune receives only what you type into it.
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Event type, date, start time, venue and guest count
- The package and add ons you picked
- Any notes you choose to write
How your booking reaches us
Submitting the form sends your details as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. That email goes to our booking inbox.
We do not keep a database of bookings on this website. Your details are not stored anywhere else by the site. They live in the email thread and in our own records once we reply.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, confirm availability, send a quote and run your event. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent by writing to gnclub.contactus@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
