Booking
Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. GN Commune confirms a date only after we reply in writing and the deposit is received.
We serve Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Travel outside this area may be quoted separately.
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 30 percent of the package price holds your date. The balance is due before the event. These amounts are placeholders.
Time beyond your package hours is charged at a placeholder rate of ₱3,000 per extra hour, if the schedule allows.
Cancellation and changes
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, the deposit can be moved to a new date once. Inside 30 days, the deposit is kept. Placeholder policy.
Changes to guest count, time or venue are welcome with as much notice as you can give, and are confirmed in writing.
Weather
The cart works best under cover. If heavy rain or wind makes service unsafe, we will talk to you about moving under shelter, delaying, or rescheduling. Placeholder policy.
Power and site access
Please confirm a working power outlet close to the cart position and a clear path for the cart to enter. Tell us about any parking, permit or venue rules ahead of time. Placeholder requirements.
Food and allergies
Our drinks and bites may contain milk, nuts, gluten and soy. Tell us about allergies when you book. We cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
